Can my team answer the business line from home?
Yes. Crulon runs in the browser, so anyone on the team can take calls from any computer. On Scale, a desk phone can ring alongside the browser.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Calls are taken in the browser, and on desk phones on Scale.
How does Crulon know who can take a call?
Everyone sets themselves Available, Away or Offline, and Crulon shows them On a call while they're on one. Calls to the team ring only the people who are Available. Someone who misses several calls in a row is set to Away.
Can we call each other?
Yes. Each teammate can have a three-digit extension, and you can see who's available in the Team list before you call.
What about different time zones?
Business hours run in the workspace's time zone, and a Time Condition can hold several rules. Hours per person aren't supported yet: each person sets themselves Available when they're working.
What does it cost?
Starter is $24, Pro $49 and Scale $89 per seat a month. Each seat comes with a number, and AI minutes are pooled across the workspace.
