AI receptionist

An AI receptionist on your own phone line.

Your AI agent answers the business line with your name, answers questions from what you've told it, opens tickets, and sends each call to the right person with a note. Your team watches every call and can take one over.

The front desk, job by job.

What a receptionist does, and what the agent does today. Where it doesn't yet, we say so.

  • Not yet:Book an appointmentNot yet. The agent opens a ticket, and your team books it.

It knows where each call goes.

Give the agent up to ten places to send a call, each with a sentence on when. It reads what the caller needs and picks one, or handles the call itself. Try it.

Questions about an AI receptionist.

What is an AI receptionist?

An AI agent that answers your business line. It greets callers with your business name, answers their questions, does simple work like opening a ticket, and sends the call to the right person when it needs one.

How does it know where to send a call?

You give it up to ten destinations, like your service team, billing or the on-call techs, each with a sentence on when to send callers there. It picks one from what the caller says, and the person who answers sees a note on what the caller needs.

Does it know who's calling?

Before it speaks, Crulon matches the caller's number to your contacts. With the Look up customer tool, the agent can use that record on the call.

Does it say the same thing on every call?

Only if you want it to. Write the greeting word for word, or turn on “Let the agent generate its own greeting” and the agent greets each caller fresh, with your business name.

Can it book appointments?

Not yet. It opens a ticket with the caller's details, so your team can book it.

What languages does it speak?

Eight locales across English, Spanish and French. Each agent speaks one; for a bilingual line, build a second agent and let callers choose in a Phone Menu.

Can I test it before it answers real calls?

Yes. Test-call the draft in your browser, then publish. Every version is saved, so you can roll back.

What does it cost?

Starter is $24, Pro $49 and Scale $89 per seat a month, with 60, 150 or 300 AI minutes pooled across the workspace. Past the pool, it's 25¢ a minute.
