Call Flows

Call Flows. Draw how every call is answered.

Lay out how calls reach your business on one canvas: business hours, a phone menu, your team, a queue, the AI agent and voicemail. Start from a template, publish when it's ready, and roll back if you change your mind.

Unlimited, on every plan.

Your whole phone line, on one canvas.

Drag steps onto the canvas and connect them. Every step shows where each kind of call goes next, so nothing is left to chance.

Crulon checks the flow as you build and marks anything missing before you publish.

Nine steps to build with.

Route, ring, queue, answer with the AI, or end the call. Connect them in any order.

  • Time Condition

Send calls one way in business hours and another way after.
  • Phone Menu

Press 1 for sales, 2 for billing, or dial an extension.
  • Ring Agents

Ring your team all at once, in turn, or in your order.
  • Call Queue

Hold callers in line for the next free person.
  • AI Agent

Let the agent answer, and catch it if it can't.
  • Play Audio

Play a message, in a generated voice or your own recording.
  • Forward Call

Send the call to an outside number you've set up.
  • Voicemail

Take a message, with your own greeting.
  • Hang Up

    End the call cleanly.

Business hours, in your time zone.

Set up to three rules, each with its days and hours, and choose where each one sends the call. Anything outside them takes the Otherwise path.

Crulon flags rules that overlap or repeat each other, so you can fix them before you publish.

Dial by extension

Let callers type a 3-digit extension at the prompt.

Start from a template.

Pick one when you create a flow, and change anything after.

  • Standard support

Ring your team during business hours, the AI agent after hours.
  • After-hours only

The AI agent picks up after business hours.
  • Ring one agent, then voicemail

Ring a single person, and take a voicemail if there's no answer.
  • Queue, then voicemail

Callers wait in line for your team, then leave a voicemail if the wait runs out.

Publish when it's ready. Roll back any time.

Changes to a live flow stay as a draft until you publish them, so callers never hit a half-finished flow.

Every publish is a version. Roll back to any earlier one in a click.

Questions about Call Flows.

What is a Call Flow?

The route a call takes when someone dials one of your numbers: business hours, a phone menu, ringing your team, a queue, the AI agent and voicemail, drawn on one canvas.

How many Call Flows can I have?

As many as you need, on every plan.

Can I set business hours?

Yes. A Time Condition takes up to three rules, each with days and hours in your time zone, and an Otherwise path for everything else.

Can callers dial an extension?

Yes. Turn on dial by extension in a Phone Menu, and callers can type a colleague's three-digit extension at the prompt.

What happens if the AI agent can't answer?

Every AI Agent step has an AI unavailable path, used if the workspace runs out of AI minutes. Point it at your team, a queue or voicemail, and callers are never dropped.

Can I undo a change after publishing?

Yes. Every publish is a version, and you can roll back to any earlier one. Changes to a live flow stay as a draft until you publish them.

Do phone menus use AI minutes?

No. Menus, ringing, queue waits and time with your team never count. Only the AI agent's time on a call does.
