Outbound AI campaigns
Outbound AI campaigns. Your agent makes the calls.
Give the agent a contact list, uploaded from a CSV or kept up to date by rules, and it calls each person with their own details. It keeps to calling hours, retries the ones who didn't pick up, leaves a voicemail, and puts the interested ones through to your team.
On Scale.
The calls nobody gets to.
Each campaign has a goal and a script with each person's details. The agent writes the rest of the conversation as it goes.
Appointment reminders
Confirm tomorrow's visit, and put anyone who needs a new time through to the office.Payment reminders
A polite call about a balance that's due, with the amount and the date.Renewals
Remind customers a plan is ending, and connect the ones who want to talk.Lead follow-up
Call new leads back while they're warm, and qualify them before your team picks up.Surveys
A few questions after a job, with every answer in the transcript and summary.Notifications
Closures, schedule changes and service updates, said by a voice instead of a text.
From a list to a call each.
Upload a CSV as a contact list, or make a smart list that keeps itself up to date from rules. Each column becomes a variable in the agent's script, so every call uses that person's name, date or balance. Each number is called once.
Before it starts, the campaign shows how many people will be called, and why anyone is left out: on the STOP list, no number, or missing a detail the agent needs.

It calls when it should.
Set the days and hours a campaign may call, how long a call can last, and how many calls run at once across the workspace.
No answer or busy? It tries again after the gap you set, up to the attempts and the daily cap you choose. Or keep a campaign running, to call new people as they join a smart list.

Calling hours, per person
Calls go out only in your calling hours, in each person's own time zone: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 9 pm to start. Narrow them for one campaign, or change them for the workspace. One STOP list
A texted STOP, or “stop calling” on a call, puts the number on one list that campaigns and texts both respect.AI disclosure
When someone answers, the agent first says it's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Edit the words, or turn it off, in Outbound settings.A spend budget
Cap what a campaign can spend past your included minutes. It pauses when the budget runs out.A check before launch
Before the first campaign, you confirm you have consent to call these people and will honour anyone who asks not to be called.Never 911
Campaigns can't dial emergency numbers. Only a person can.
Watch it work through the list.
Who picked up, who got a voicemail, who's due a retry, and who asked not to be called again, as the campaign runs.

Interested? It puts them through.
When someone wants to talk, the agent hands the call to your team, with a note on why they're calling, or to an outside number. It can use your Tools mid-call, too.
Every call keeps its recording, transcript, summary and the details it used.

Questions about outbound campaigns.
Which plan includes outbound campaigns?
Scale, at $89 a seat a month. It includes up to ten AI agents, 300 AI minutes a month shared by inbound and outbound calls, desk phones, your own carrier and custom roles.
How are outbound calls billed?
Outbound minutes come out of the workspace's AI minutes first. Past them, 25¢ a minute from your prepaid wallet. A spend budget caps what each campaign can spend past your included minutes, and the campaign pauses when it's reached.
When does the agent call people?
Only inside your calling hours, in each person's own time zone: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 9 pm to start. Their time zone comes from the contact, or their number's area code. If it can't be found, the workspace's time zone is used, or you can choose to skip them.
What if someone asks not to be called again?
If they say “stop calling” on a call, or text STOP, the number goes on your STOP list. Campaigns and texts both skip every number on it.
Does the agent say it's an AI?
By default, yes: when someone answers, it first says it's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. You can change the words, or turn the disclosure off, in Outbound settings.
What happens when it reaches voicemail?
It leaves the message you write, with the person's details filled in, or hangs up without one. You choose.
Where do the contacts come from?
A contact list: a CSV you upload, contacts you pick, or a smart list that keeps itself up to date from rules. CSV columns become variables in the agent's script, and each number is called once.
Can the agent use my systems during the call?
Yes. Outbound agents use the same Tools and Custom Actions as inbound ones, and hand interested people to a ring group or an outside number.
Put your agent on the phones.
Start on Scale, upload a list, and see who will be called before the first call goes out.
