A call to you rings your browser and your desk phone together. Pick up on either, and the other stops.
Browser closed? The desk phone still rings. Desk phone offline, or on Do Not Disturb? The browser still does. Set yourself Away, and both go quiet.
Queue calls, transfers and handoffs from the AI agent ring the desk phone too.

How do I set up a phone?
Add it in Settings, then enter the auto-provision link on the phone and reboot it. Or type the server, username and password by hand. Softphones like Linphone scan a QR code.
Does it ring at the same time as the browser?
Yes. Your browser and desk phone ring together, and the first one you pick up takes the call. If the browser is closed, the desk phone still rings; if the desk phone is offline or on Do Not Disturb, the browser still does. When you're Away, neither rings.
Where does the caller's name come from?
From your Crulon contacts and companies, so the phone shows the name you know them by, with the line they called.
Can I call colleagues by extension?
Yes. Dial a colleague's three-digit extension from the desk phone. Calls out show your default outbound number.
Can I use a softphone instead?
Yes. Add a device as a softphone and scan its QR code in Linphone, or enter the details in any SIP softphone.
