Bring your own carrier
Bring your own carrier. Keep your numbers. Add the agent.
Connect the SIP trunk you already pay for, and your numbers ring in Crulon: answered by the AI agent, routed by your Call Flows, and handed to your team. Your carrier keeps the numbers and the contract.
On Scale.
Why bring your own.

Your numbers, like any other.
Attach a number you own and it works like a Crulon number for calls: give it a Call Flow, let the agent answer it, queue its callers, call out from it.
Your own numbers don't count toward your included numbers, so there's no extra-number fee.

Questions about bringing your own carrier.
Which plan includes bring your own carrier?
Scale, at $89 a seat a month. It also includes desk phones, outbound AI campaigns and custom roles.
Which carriers work with Crulon?
Any carrier or PBX that offers a SIP trunk. Crulon connects over TLS, TCP or UDP, checks calls with a password it generates or by your carrier's addresses, and shows step-by-step hints for popular carriers.
Can I text from my own numbers?
No. Numbers on your own carrier are voice only. Texting works on Crulon numbers, and you can run both side by side.
Do I need to port my numbers?
No. Your numbers stay with your carrier. You point them at the address Crulon gives you, in your carrier's portal.
Are calls cheaper on my own carrier?
Calling is already included in your Crulon plan, and your carrier bills its own calls as it does today. Your own numbers don't count toward your included numbers, so there's no extra-number fee.
How do emergency calls work on my own carrier?
They go through your carrier, which handles emergency routing and the address registered for your numbers. Only a person dialling directly can call emergency services; the AI agent and campaigns never can.
What happens if my carrier goes down?
Calls on its numbers stop until it's back. Crulon never quietly switches them to another route. The carrier's health shows in Settings, with its last error.
