Crulon vs Quo. Two ideas of AI on the phone.
Both give your team business numbers, calls and texts in one place. Quo is a phone system with an AI agent added. Crulon is built around the agent: it answers, works in your systems, and hands the call to your team with a note, while you watch.
Based on Quo's public website, pricing and help center, 15 Oct 2026. Prices are for monthly billing.
Four differences that matter.
Most of a phone system is the same everywhere. These are the parts that aren't.
01
The agent does the work, not just the talking.
Quo's AI agent, Sona, has three actions: text the caller, transfer the call, or create a Jobber request.
In Crulon, any API becomes a Tool the agent can use mid-call: look up the customer, open the ticket, create the job.

You can step into any call.
Quo doesn't offer live listen-in or takeover.
In Crulon you hear the AI's call without being heard, and take it over when it matters. Every listen-in is logged.

You pay for the AI's minutes, not per call.
Quo prices Sona by the call: about 10 free a month for the whole workspace, then packs of 40 to 600 calls.
Crulon pools AI minutes across the workspace and counts only the agent's own time. Menus, ringing and your team's talk time don't count.
Quo

On Scale, Crulon's outbound AI campaigns call through a list for reminders, follow-ups and renewals, inside the hours you allow.

Questions about switching.
Is Crulon a Quo alternative?
Yes. Both are business phone systems with numbers, calls and texts for your team. The difference is the AI: in Crulon the agent answers, works in your systems through Custom Actions, and hands the call to your team with a note, and you can listen in and take over.
Is Crulon cheaper than Quo?
On the entry plan, yes. Crulon Starter is $24 a seat a month and includes phone menus and an AI agent. Quo's Starter is $28 a month on monthly billing, and phone menus start on its $33 Business plan.
How is AI priced differently?
Quo counts Sona by the call, with about 10 free calls a month for the workspace and then call packs. Crulon gives the workspace a pool of AI minutes, 60, 150 or 300 a month, and counts only the agent's own time. Past the pool, it's 25¢ a minute.
Can Crulon make outbound AI calls?
Yes, on Scale. Outbound AI campaigns call through a list, with calling hours and opt-outs built in. Quo's Sona answers inbound calls only.
Can I keep my phone numbers?
On Scale, bring your own carrier and keep your numbers for calls, with Crulon on top. Number porting is coming soon.
Does Crulon have a mobile app?
Mobile and desktop apps are coming soon. Today your team answers in the browser, and on SIP desk phones and softphones on Scale.
Does Crulon replace my CRM?
No. Crulon is a phone system that works alongside the CRM you have. Today, Custom Actions connect it to any API; native CRM Apps are coming.
