ViSP, on every support call.

Connect ViSP and the AI agent finds the subscriber, reads the balance live, takes a payment with the card on file and opens the ticket in ViSP. Part of the Telco Ops Bundle.

Telco Ops Bundle.

Connect it with your ViSP login.

Enter your ViSP API client ID and secret, and a ViSP username and password. Crulon reads your ISP from the login, or asks which one when the login reaches several.

Then it copies your subscribers every hour, in full each time, and their equipment from your inventory list or from customer records.

It knows who's calling.

Each ViSP customer becomes a contact in Crulon, with every number on the account. The agent matches the number the caller rings from, or finds them by account number when they call from somewhere else.

ViSP's own fields come with it: account type, services, the monthly charge, and the date they're paid through.

On the call, in ViSP.

Look up customer, Check balance and billing, Take a payment and Create ticket are Tools the agent uses while the caller talks.

The balance is read from ViSP as they ask, not from the last copy: what's owed or in credit, the next invoice date, autopay and the cards on file.

Paid, and back online.

The agent charges a card already saved in ViSP. It's told to read back the amount and the card's last four digits and wait for a yes, and it can't charge until it marks that the caller agreed. Crulon never takes a card number.

Leave Restore service on, and ViSP lifts a suspension as soon as the balance is paid. Payments stay off until you turn them on.

Payments

Let the AI agent read balances and charge a card the customer already has on file in ViSP.

Allow the AI agent to charge cards on file

Crulon never collects card numbers. The agent can only charge a card already saved in the billing system, and is told to confirm the amount with the caller first.

Restore service when a payment goes through

ViSP lifts a suspension when the balance is paid.

Who the agent may discuss an account with, and what it must verify first, is set in the agent's prompt.

The ticket lands in ViSP.

Turn on ticket push and every ticket the agent opens for a subscriber is created in ViSP, then marked Resolved there when it's closed in Crulon.

You can also file a Call Summary ticket after every answered call, with the summary, the caller and how long it took.

Add a device App to restart the router.

ViSP brings each subscriber's equipment into Crulon, so the agent knows what's at their address. To check a device live and restart it from the call, add one of these. All come in the same pack.

  • UISP

    Devices

Checks the subscriber's equipment and restarts it from the call.

  • Cambium NetworkscnMaestro

You stay in charge.

ViSP only does on a call what you've turned on.

  • Off until you turn it on

Payments and ticket push start off. Copying subscribers into Crulon is the only thing on from the start.
  • Read back before it charges

The agent is told to read back the amount and card and wait for a clear yes, and can't charge until it marks that the caller agreed.
  • Every action in Activity

Each lookup, balance read and payment is logged with who started it, and exports to CSV.
  • One ISP, from your login

When your ViSP login reaches several ISPs, you choose the one Crulon reads.

Questions about ViSP and Crulon.

What do I need to connect ViSP?

Your ViSP API client ID and secret, and a ViSP username and password. Crulon reads your ISP from the login. ViSP comes with the Telecom Connector Pack in the Telco Ops Bundle.

How up to date is what the agent sees?

Subscribers are copied in full every hour, so a new subscriber is recognised within the hour. The balance and cards are read from ViSP live during the call. If ViSP doesn't answer, the agent uses the last copy and knows how old it is.

Can the agent take a payment?

Yes, with a card already saved in ViSP. The agent is told to confirm the amount and the card with the caller before it charges. With Restore service on, ViSP lifts a suspension once the balance is paid. Payments are off until you turn them on.

What does Crulon write to ViSP?

Only what you turn on: tickets for your subscribers, created and marked Resolved when they close, and payments. It doesn't change accounts, packages or billing settings.

Can it restart a subscriber's router?

Not through ViSP alone. ViSP supplies the equipment; a device App (UISP, Cambium cnMaestro, Nokia Corteca or TP-Link TAUC) checks it and restarts it. All four are in the Telecom Connector Pack.

Which plan is it on?

The Telco Ops Bundle: $499 per workspace a month, with up to five seats, 1,000 pooled AI minutes and all eight ISP Apps. It's set up with you after a demo.
